VENDORS & BOOTHS

If your business or organization would like to have a booth at the Pride festival, please review the following information:

 

  • The Festival will be held at Downtown Chico City Plaza from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, August 24, 2019

  • Booth spaces are Approx. 10’ x 10’ (inquire if bigger space is needed).

  • If you are selling anything, you will need a California Seller's Permit. These are free, but it does take a while so apply early. Click here to visit the Board of Equalization's website and register.

  • Vendors need to supply their own pop-ups, tables, & chairs.

  • Booths must be finished setting up by 9:30am and not dismantled until after 4pm

(Vehicles will not be permitted to drive in/ park near the festival area between 9:30am and 4pm)

  • Please do not send canvasassers into the crowd. Keep all of your business within your booth space.

  • If you are interested in selling food, you will need to supply the appropriate seller's permits. 

  • For certain small organizations, we are now offering a program of volunteer shifts in exchange for discounted or free booth space. To see if you qualify, contact us.
