VENDORS & BOOTHS
If your business or organization would like to have a booth at the Pride festival, please review the following information:
The Festival will be held at Downtown Chico City Plaza from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, August 24, 2019
Booth spaces are Approx. 10’ x 10’ (inquire if bigger space is needed).
If you are selling anything, you will need a California Seller's Permit. These are free, but it does take a while so apply early. Click here to visit the Board of Equalization's website and register.
Vendors need to supply their own pop-ups, tables, & chairs.
Booths must be finished setting up by 9:30am and not dismantled until after 4pm
(Vehicles will not be permitted to drive in/ park near the festival area between 9:30am and 4pm)
Please do not send canvasassers into the crowd. Keep all of your business within your booth space.
If you are interested in selling food, you will need to supply the appropriate seller's permits.
For certain small organizations, we are now offering a program of volunteer shifts in exchange for discounted or free booth space. To see if you qualify, contact us.
